Am G C
Am G C

[Verse 1]

Am G C
Mama never told 'em there's a devil in me
         Am G C
I got a mouth full of rotten and a heart full of greed
Am G C
Shovels and dirt, shovels and dirt
         Am G C
Well it ain't worth living if you don't get hurt
Alright!

Am G C
Am G C

[Verse 2]

Am G C
Cowboy hats and crooked teeth
        Am G C
With a six-shooting pistol just out of my reach
Am G C
Shovels and dirt, shovels and dirt
         Am G C
Well it ain't worth living if you don't get hurt

[Chorus]

        Am G F C
I got a head full of darkness and darkness is good
            Am G F C
Cause if we all die young then we don't get hurt
Alright!

Am G C
Am G C

[Verse 3]

      Am G C
Well demons pull me side to side again
         Am G C
Yeah but I'm scared of sleeping, I hate my friends
Am G C
Shovels and dirt, shovels and dirt
         Am G C
Well it ain't worth living if you don't get hurt

[Chorus]

        Am G F C
I got a head full of darkness and darkness is good
            Am G F C
Cause if we all die young then we don't get hurt
        Am G F C
I got a head full of darkness and darkness is good
            Am G F C
Cause if we all die young then we don't get hurt

[5x]

F
I put a banjo up into the sky
C
It keeps us moving, it keeps us moving

I put a banjo up into the sky

It keeps us moving, it keeps us moving

Cause if we all die young then we don't get hurt
        Am G F C
I got a head full of darkness and darkness is good
            Am G F C
Cause if we all die young then we don't get hurt

Am G C
Mama never told 'em there's a devil in me
         Am G C
I got a six-shooting pistol and I'm ready to leave

Bridge should be:

Am G }
I put a banjo up into the sky }
C } x10
It keeps us moving, it keeps us moving }

Listen to the instrumental between the chorus and the bridge. You'll hear it's Am-G-C twice, and that exact pattern is played on repeat throughout the bridge, as I noted above.

Nice job with song!!
