The first part is good but you should complete the chords in other verse because it does not sound really clear to me...

Papou, I agree, it's missing the chords for the other part.
Here they are, though:

D Am Em G

So, with the words:

Had enough
Am

Em G

Then, use: Bm G (x2) to transition back into the verse
