The first version of the song works perfectly but I like hearing the bass and treble slide up and down and I 
think this version captures that better.
Where you see "G F#m Em" below, only hit the middle chord once while transitioning.

Starting from verse 4 the guitar goes from clean to being slightly driven so if you have an overdrive pedal,
that would be a good time to start it.

In verse 5, just  strum each chord once and let ring.
