this is from a gorgeous downtempo arrangement of the song off the album "Le Bataclan 
a recording of Lou Reed, John Cale, and Nico perfoming together after the break up of the 
Underground, but it could probably also serve as a nice addition to basically any cover arrangement.

I'm going to assume that the bottom two strings should be at the top, which causes the tab to make sense. Also, the
power chords of B and E would be easier if you just kept them on the lower strings.
