one of my favourites off the new album. hope you enjoy, feel free to leave comments.

Intro

Ohhhh, Ohhhhh, Ohhhhh.

Dm (2 bars of heavy strumming) then Dm, A, A#, C (quickly)
Play the (Dm, A, A#, C) x8

Dm
A simple hug keeps you safe from the frost,
                                           F
We love to love when were living with the both of us.
                          Dm
As this twin channel is the symphony.

Dm
This is love it's fallen from above,
                       F
Maybe I don't say it enough no,
                          Dm
But you know you mean the world to me.

Dm
Done a lot of growing up in this last year,
                          F
I've lost my mind and I fear so,
                  Dm
Will I be dead and buried?

F G Dm
I never claimed to be no angel though,
F G Dm
I tell you in the songs I wrote,
F G A (let ring)
The glass went smash that was in the past but hey.......
                      Dm
you know you mean the world to me.

Dm
I was in a bad place sent on a goose chase,
                                     F
Was running on the long blue mile of sweet disgrace,
                           Dm
I'm taking this time to say sorry,

This time to say sorry

Dm
Wasted tears cast shadows on the years,
                               F
And silhouettes of arguments are always near,
                    Dm
A most unnecessary worry,

The fear creates the spaces for the races we can never win.

F G Dm
I never claimed to be no angel though,
F G Dm
I tell you in the songs I wrote,
F G A (let ring)
The glass went smash that was in the past but hey......

                       Dm
You know you mean the world to me
You know you mean the world to me
You know you mean the world to me
                        A
You know you mean the world.

      Dm A#
So I'll try, Something spontaneous,
        F C
Maybe a little obscene, And hilarious,
         Dm
But with empathy,
           A# F C
The most caring way I know how to say coz it's change todaaaay.

(Dm, A, A#, C) x4

Dm
Titans clashed did you have a good laugh?
                                              A
I was in the wrong place when the glass went smash.
