Watched a live version of this song. The chord progression is actually:

The correction is more accurate however I believe it's also tuned to drop D so that the open low E string plays as an F when capo'd @ 3. You can hear the low F which is markedly lower than a standard tuned low E and in video's it doesn't appear that she fret's the E string when playing the G chord.
