in the video clip and on conan it looked like he had the e-string tuned down to a, not b, so the guitar part would start on 7 not 5...

I saw the video too, but i think this is perfect. Everything looked exaclty like what is tabed here. Besides, tuning it to A is a little too low, it would rattle like crazy.
