G Dsus4 D
A vague haze of delerium creeps upon me.

All at once a tall stranger I suddenly see.
     G Dsus4 D
He's dressed in a silver sparked glittering gown

And his golden beard flows nearly down to the-

ground.
C G A E D A D/A A
Nothing to say and nothing to hear And nothing to see.

Each sensation makes a note in my symphony.

Sparkle warm crystalline glances to show

On the amazing journey together you'll ride.

Going into Verse 3, I think that chord isn't just a "C" (with a high e) , but more of a CaddG or C5 (e.g. x32013), that has a high 5th (g note) instead of a high 3rd (e note). This seems to sound more consonant with the vocals that are already a bit dissonant sounding, since they're on an (f note) or something. It feels like that f? is supposed to resolve up to a g rather than down to an e.
