                 - A/C# * may or not be played in verses.
                 - Also, these chords are for GUITARS ONLY; The BASS FOLLOW A DIFFERENT HARMONY
throughout the song thus making the chords a bit confusing.

[Verse 1]
  F#m A/C# * E D
Remember when I found a broken branch
                           A E
And shoved it through your bicycle spokes
    F#m A/C# * E D
And how remorse quickly took its stand
          A E
When you hit the deck and broke your nose

[Pre-chorus]
D A/C# Bm
You were always the emo type
D A/C# Bm
Strained hair matched to a bitter tone
     D A/C# Bm
Well I don’t care much for fashion or socia -lites
    D E A/C#
The nihilists always get my vote

[Refrain]
D
All she ever wanted was a little direction
A B
All she ever needed was a friend
D
All she ever made were the worst impressions
A B
All she ever did was offend
D
You’re the only one to fail my sex drive
D
Will you or won’t you, Valentine?

[Chorus]
     F#m D5 A/C# E
Valentine
     F#m D5 A/C# E
Valentine

[Verse 2]
F#m A/C# * E D
Remember when you laid me on my back
       A E
And performed to me my favourite song
    F#m A/C# * E D
And how I shivered upon its climax
          A E A
And those lips still plague my thoughts ten years on

[Pre-chorus]
D A/C# Bm
You were always the emo type
D A/C# Bm
Strained hair matched to a bitter tone
     D A/C# Bm
Well I don’t care much for fashion or socia -lites
    D E A/C#
The nihilists always get my vote

[Refrain]
D
All she ever wanted was a little direction
A B
All she ever needed was a friend
D
All she ever made were the worst impressions
A B
All she ever did was offend
D
You’re the only one to fail my sex drive
D
Will you or won’t you, Valentine?

[Chorus 2]
     A D
Valentine, Valentine
     A D
Valentine, Valentine
      A D
Valentine, Valentine
    F#m Bm D
Valentine, Valentine

[Interlude]
A D
F#m Bm D

[Coda]
D
All she ever wanted was a little direction
A B
Far away from this broken sea
D
And all I ever needed was some domination
A B
From a girl with low self esteem
D
I think we share the same blood type
D A
Will you or won’t you, Valentine?

It's a very good tab,but the only improvement I could make would be, the lyrics at the end should change to "And I ever wanted was some domination from a girl with low self esteem, We even share the same blood type, will you or won't you, Valentine."
and it should end on an A

Lack of accuracy. It clearly sounds off with both timing and some of the notes. The tab could just use some revision. Wasn't terrible though.
