capo 3

   A G D E
E 0 3 2 0
A 2 3 3 0
D 2 0 2 1
G 2 0 0 2
B 0 2 0 2
E 0 3 x 0

This concrete road used to just be dirt
We’d drive out here after work
G D A
Every Friday night when I was eighteen

This parking lot used to be a field
I parked here in my Oldsmobile
G D A
Long before the Sonic and the Walgreens

G A
Not no more
G D
Not no more

My, oh my
D A
Look how time flies
D A
Look how the world changes
       G A
In the blink of an eye
My, oh my
D A
Look how the years have flown
D A
Turning around before you know it
G A
Up and gone
    E A
Oh my, oh my, oh my.

Times have changed and so have I
I once was young and starry-eyed
G D A
Now I have these bittersweet memories

Songs were long and gas was cheap
No cell phones and water was free
G D A
Daddy paid and I never had to worry

This song is played in C. Your cords are right only if you capo on the 3rd fret.

Thank you!
Yes it's on capo 3!!
Just updated. Hope it works.

p.s. I play it like that. It's just...I tried to update it but did not succeed. Just like another tab (Perfectly on capo 1, which I did type on the top of the page and updated it for at least twice in '06 or '07 but it remained the same). So I just, well, gave it up and let it go. lol
