Lyrics:

Verse 1

You're older than you've ever been,
and now you're even older,
and now you're even older.
You're older than you've ever been,
and now you're older still..

Chorus

     C5 / /
Time
               A5 / /
is marching on.
         B5 /
And time...
                     C5 / / / /
is still marching on.

Verse 2

This day will soon be at an end,
and now it's even sooner,
and now it's even sooner.
This day will soon be at an end,
and now it's sooner still.

Harmonica solo.

Repeat Verse 1

The intro is wrong. Not completely wrong. but all you have to do is replace the "1"s with "2"s.
There's no time you're hitting the first fret at all. just replace the first fret with then 2nd fret.

just replace the times where you said to hit the the first fret and make them the 2nd fret. Basically just replace the 1's with 2's.
