Good chords. Just a few minor corrections. I believe the A/G# should be an A2 (goes A - A2 - A)

Also, there is a kind of interlude between the chorus and next verse:

A E A D A
La da da da, la da da da da da
(repeat)

I like it. Just one problem that really isn't - Capo 5 is a little high, but that can be fixed by transposing up 2.5 steps.
