Song - Circles
Band - Thrice
Album - Beggars (2009)

Noticed there weren't any easy to follow/accurate tabs for this song so thought I'd try
it out. Nothing too hard, easy
enough to play on the acoustic.

Tuning - 1/2 Step Down

[Verse1]
            G#m
We talk too much; We talk in circles
                        B
Till we’re all spinning round,
         C#m E
Reaching for rings on this merry-go-round.

            G#m
The scenery spins; We call it progress,
                       B
But I’ve seen this all before;
                    C#m E
When all’s said and done, we’ll wake up on the floor.

[Chorus]
   E F# G#m E
We set sail with no fixed star in sight.
   E F# G#m E
We drive by braille and candlelight.

[Verse 2]
               G#m
We’re building towers with no foundations,
                       B
Just stacking stone on stone.
            C#m E
Whatever it takes - mix our mortar with bones.

                  G#m
But true progress means matching the world to
                  B
The vision in our heads,
              C#m E
But we always change the vision instead.

[Chorus]
   E F# G#m E
We set sail with no fixed star in sight.
   E F# G#m E
We drive by braille and candlelight.

[Outro]
E-G#m

The key is totally wrong, it's a full step down, the first chord is a G minor.

I also feel playing it in standard with a Capo on 3rd makes it a lot easy to play.

Other than that, the chords are right.
