Great new song by Thrice. My first time posting chords--sorry if not 100% accurate, but they should be close.
Please read how I play the chords in case I'm wrong about their names (I didn't include the repeated chords
from the verse). You can play the second verse with only F and Am, I think that is how it is picked
in the song. Bb and A# are interchangeable, but I found it easier to differentiate the two versions this way.

Also, I'm not real sure about the bridge and outro, feel free to add what I got wrong.

[Intro]

F Dm Am C

[Verse 1]

F Dm Am C
In these flowers I found you the truest red that I'd ever seen
F Dm Am C
Until you cut yourself on their thorns
F Dm Am C F
You winced and I kissed you, I kissed your palms and we both laughed
F Dm Am C
So unaware of the gathering storm

[Chorus]

Bb Dm C
It's gonna rain, it's gonna rain, till the levee breaks
Bb Dm C
And a tidal wave of fear and pain carries us away
Bb C# Dm F
I'll never fade into the night until nothing else remains
          A# C* F
How do we find harbor from the hurricane?

[Verse 2]

F Dm Am C
No shelter, no shadows, the quiet song of your breath stirs the dark
F Dm Am C
Your skin like the rose at my hands
F Dm Am C
And I can't keep from wondering why nothing good could ever stay
F Dm Am C
My faith feels like a fist full of sand

[Chorus]

Bb Dm C
It's gonna rain, it's gonna rain, till the levee breaks
Bb Dm C
And a tidal wave of fear and pain carries us away
Bb C# Dm F
I'll never fade into the night until nothing else remains
          A# C* F
How do we find harbor from the hurricane?

[Bridge]

Dm A# Am A# C

[Chorus 3]

F Bb
It's gonna rain, it's gonna rain, till the levee breaks
F Bb
And a tidal wave of fear and pain carries us away
Dm A#
I'll never fade into the night until nothing else remains
