The E major chord throughout should actually be E suspended 2, there is no E major in this song. It's just the C#m slid down 3 frets with your middle finger lifted, otherwise great tab!

Tab sounds great. Any help/idea on the solo that starts @ 1:56 ?

The keyboard lick before the chorus (which is just the chorus melody) can be played:

e|-7h9----------7h9----------------------------------------------|
B|------9---9---------9---9---9/7----------------------------|
G|---------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------------------------------|
E|---------------------------------------------------------------|
