Time Lapse Consortium - Tres Puntos

drum intro
0:00 > 0:31

0:31 > 0:33
e:-----------------------------
b:-----------------------------
g:-----------------------------
d:-----------------------------
a:-----------------------------
e:-12--- slide down fretboard with finger whilst still hiting the string and palm-muting

riff 1
0:33 > 0:44
e:-0---1---3---1---------------
b:-0---1---3---1----------------
g:-1---2---4---2----------------
d:-2---3---5---3----------------
a:-2---3---5---3----------------
e:-0---1---3---1----------------
these chords are played, and im sure you can figure out the rhythm and timing yourself

riff 2
0:44 > 1:07
e:-12-10-12-10-8-7-8-5-4-5-4-2-0-0---1---3---1
b:-------------------------------0---1---3---1
g:-------------------------------1---2---4---2
d:-------------------------------2---3---5---3
a:-------------------------------2---3---5---3
e:-------------------------------0---1---3---1
the notes played on the e string are played many times rapidly so you
will have to do some working out, same with the chords

riff 3
1:07 > 1:14
e:-5---3---1---0-------------------
b:-5---3---1---0-------------------
g:-4---4---2---1-------------------
d:-7---5---3---2-------------------
a:-7---5---3---2-------------------
e:-5---3---1---0-------------------
haha, again, you will need to work out timing and rythem yourself, but its not hard!

back to riff 1
1:14 > 1:22
then riff 2
1:22 > 1:44
then riff 3
1:45 > 1:52
then riff 1 again, but palm-muted
1:53 > 1:58

'surfing USA' riff
1:58 > 2:10

g:----------------12-11-10----------
d:-------------------------12-11-10- x 8

Seems pretty much dead on. Nicely done, great instrumental song, and glad to see you've got the whole of that 'Surfin USA' solo down, that's a really nice piece. Oh, and for that rapidly picked riff, it's called tremolo picking. I wanted to try and correct some part of the tab, but couldn't. The only part you're missing is virtually unhearable anyway, but good tab, very well done.

Oh, actually, there's a little bit missing from the start of the 'Surfin USA' solo, muted part, and where you've used the A chord, it's an Am. Only a couple of small things though. Glad to see others enjoying the TLC music.

Sorry, just playing through it a few more times and I've noticed a couple of tiny mistakes in the solo...
At the end of the first little riff you have written down (on the G string) -6-4- when it's -7-4-, and where it starts to pick up pace a bit you have -5-5-8-12-11- on the high e string when it should be -5-5-8-12-10-
Just minor corrections that I've picked up.
