[Verse 1]
  D# Bb
I always play Russian Roulette in my head
Bb7 D#
Seventeen black and twenty-nine red
    D# D#7
How far from the gutter
                 Fm
How far from the pew
     F F7 Bb Bb7
I'll always remember to forget about you

[Chorus]
D# C
A good man is hard to find
     Fm Bb
Only strangers sleep in my bed
   D# C7
My favorite words are good-bye
       Fm Bb D#
And my favorite color is red

[Verse 2]
A long dead soldier looks out
From the frame
No one remembers his war; no one
Remembers his name

[Verse 3]
Go out to the meadow;
Scare off all the crows
It does nothing but rain here,
And nothing will grow

[Chorus/Outro]
A good man is hard to find
Only strangers sleep in my bed
My favorite words are good-bye
And my favorite color is
Fm Bb
my favorite color is
Fm Bb D#
my favorite color is red

Sounds good to me. Too bad I can't do the trumpet (it is a trumpet, right?) solo. It's wonderful and by far the best part of this song.
