The chords are wrong and this version ignores the key change. The song is in the key of Eb. I play it in D with a capo on the first fret. At the end of the first half of the song, the key changes to F. So, with the capo on the first, the solo and last verse are played in E. D A7 DEvery night she comes to take me out to Dreamland, A7 DWhen I'm with her, I'm the richest man in the town D A7 DShe's a rose, she's a pearl, she's the spin on my world, A7 DAll the stars make their wishes on her eyes, D GShe's my Coney Island Baby, D A7 DShe's my Coney Island GirlImmediately following the last "D" it goes to B7 for the key change. Substitute E A B7 for D G A7 for the solo and subsequent verse. It's pretty simple The fact is that you won't hear a guitar in the Tom Wait's song, so you have to make up your own arrangement. It's in 3/4 time and playing ii with just your guitar and your voice, it's impossible to capture the richness of texture from the original.
