The chords are generally played with a bass line playing the tonic note and 
the note a fourth down on 1 and 3.  The Fm chord is started by sliding up to 
the 8th fret on the A string.  Enjoy.

Anyone figured the intro correctly, I have an approximation but I'd be curious to see anyone else version, Marc Ribot's the man.
