The feeling of the intro is rather tricky as it can be notated two ways:
straight 4/4 and shuffled 4/4 (12/16 is just another way of writing shuffled
4/4). The bass and drums play shuffled, and the guitar plays straight, which
makes it confusing to notate.

Another theory for the colours mentioned is that when new languages name colours they name them in the order listed, ie black and white first then red etc etc apparently welsh still doesnt have a word for brown....

Another theory is the order in which an infant sees colours.
Anyway, it has nothing to do with the tab so I don't see why you included it. It's annoying when you're trying to follow the song.

Also, there's no "Bass II." What you're hearing in the "6th verse" sounds much more like a synth (like on reflection I think) or one of Danny's mandala pads/e-drums.
There's a lot of small parts which I am 100% confident are not improved from ver. 2 of this tab (which just happens to be mine :)).
I will go over this later (rest assured! :p)

Also, some of you may already know this, but if you take out the minus-time spaces
in between the songs on the album Lateralus and copy a new CD with the songs in this order, it'll make the album sound
even better:

6,7,5,8,4,9,13,1,12,2,11,3,10

You'll notice how the order of the songs now forms two different
spirals. This is how Tool really intended the album to be listened to.
When Maynard's screaming "spiral out," he means
to listen to the songs
in a spiral fashion.

You're essentially starting out with Parabol and Parabola and then
spiraling out, and then Faaip de Oiad is in the middle and you start spiraling inward again.

If you don't believe me,
try it. You'll notice that the drawn-out ending of Parabola leads perfectly into Schism. Similarly, the frenzied drum
beat at the end of Schism leads perfectly into the similarly frenzied drum beat of Ticks and Leeches. Mantra comes after
Ticks and Leeches because it's actually slowed-down choking. Mantra also leads perfectly into Lateralus, and, if you
listen VERY closely to the end of Lateralus, it leads directly into the static-type thing of Faaip de Oiad and,
similarly, the ending of Faaip de Oiad also leads right into the startup noise at the beginning of The Grudge.

You
may think it odd that Disposition and Reflection are seperated if you haven't tried this yet, but when you have, you'll
find that it makes perfect sense. Disposition is a perfect ending song because it slowly takes away the instruments, one
by one. The bass goes first, then the vocals, then the guitar gets quieter and finally vanishes,
and, at last, the
drums. Reflection also leads right into The Patient.

This is my all-time favorite album because it's so complex in
the sense that it will take until the end of time to discover all of it's secrets.

By the way, great tab, this is
such a fun song to play on guitar, try it, it feels good.
