the Bm bits aren't right, they don't work for singing it in the proper key.
Personally, I play it capo 8 and play:
Verses: C Am Em Am Em
Bridge: C G A... G Em (x2), C G A... G A Em
with the first line of the verse following the bridge being C D G E
End (perfectly still): G D C, G D Em

Alternatively it can be played capo 3:
Verses: F Dm Am Dm Am
Bridge: F C D... C Am (x2), F C D... C D Am
and where a D was played in the capo 8 version, the capo 3 version has a chord I don't know what would be, but I play it xx333x.
