bit missing on the verse, should be Bm, F#m, G. +Asus2 and Asus4 instead of just A. Also chorus is B7 instead of B.......

The bridge should be (i'm pretty sure!): Bm, G, Em and than: F# instead of A!!

But hey nice work!

benk0037 is right about the chorus (and intro); the melody plays around a bit on the high notes of the chords, something like:
(D) (G) (A) (G)
e|:2-2-2-0-3---3-2-0---------3-3-3:|
B|:------------------2-2-3-3------:| 2x

(D) (B7)
e| 2-0-----2-0-- |
B| ----3-0-----0 |,

followed by Em and a little E F# G bassline walk up to G.

The verse is structurally right, but a lot of the sound of this song comes from the suspended (B and A) chords. So the verse is like Bm Bsus2 Bm Bsus2 G, A, with some Asus4 trown in at different spots (might be this A7sus4: x02233, judging from the high pitched sound).

The bridge/outro is similar but I think it sounds more like Bm Bsus2 G Em A7, with the final line of the outro Bm Bsus2 Bm Bsus2 Bm Bsus2 Bm.

Globally pretty accurate tab, but it will sound a lot nicer if you incorporate these little variations.
