Nothing to do, and I decided to try to get this song tab, but where to find?
So I had to do the work... I think it's close (if it's not exact) to the song...
I think the chords are right... Ow, there's an observation: the Am between
parenthesis -(Am)- is optional to be played, if it seems too jard to change fast
you don't need to play, the sound is almost the same...

Chords:

C - x32010
C/B - x20010
D - xx0232
Em - 022000
G - 320033
Am - x02210
B - x24442
Bm - x24432

The stuff:

Em, Bm, C, C/B, (Am), G
Bm, Em, C, C/B, (Am), G

Em Bm
Home and away
C C/B (Am) G Bm Em
Life goes on the same, bury the pain
    C C/B (Am) G
And hold on to love
Em Bm C C/B (Am) G Bm Em
Heal the song, sing it along
    C C/B (Am) G
But what does it change

Bm Em Bm Em
Oh this life is so confusing
Bm Em Bm D B
Feels like I'm always losing

Em Bm C C/B (Am) G
Come in knowing eve ry thing
    Bm Em C C/B (Am) G
But don't say a word, till they teach you the way
Em Bm C C/B (Am) G Bm Em
Words are found too close to the edge
     C C/B (Am) G
That we don't dare sing

Em Bm C C/B (Am) G Bm Em C C/B (Am) G
This will turn into something else, something else
Em Bm C C/B (Am) G Bm Em Bm
And when it does, I'll be somewhere else, somewhere else
      C C/B (Am) G
Where else?

Bm, Em, C, C/B (Am), G

Em Bm C C/B (Am) G
And you said I should be myself
   Bm Em C C/B (Am) G
Despite all the wrong, dragging you back
Em Bm C C/B (Am) G Bm Em C C/B (Am) G
Forgive and then forgone on and on, on and on

Bm Em Bm Em
But this life is so confusing
Bm Em Bm D B
Feels like I'm always losing

Em Bm C C/B (Am) G Bm Em C C/B (Am) G
And this will turn into something else, something else
Em Bm C C/B (Am) G Bm Em Bm
And when it does, I'll be somewhere else, somewhere else
      C C/B (Am) G
Where else?

Em, Bm, C, C/B, (Am), G
Bm, Em, C, C/B, (Am), G

And it ends:

---10-----------12------------
---------12-----------12------
------12----12-----12----12---
------------------------------
------------------------------
------------------------------

I think it's all. It's better to hear the song to know where you should do the
chords changes exactly... Doubts, problems, s.chapuisat@bol.com.br... See you...

poor tab. Fran Healy plays it with a capo on the 7th fret. Sort it out!
