The time signatures are wrong. The choruses ("Girl, let me be your man...") should be a measure of 4/4 followed by a measure of 2/4. Following this pattern will solve that awkward 5/4 measure and 6/4 measure later in the song. The verses ("When I first saw you...") should be in 4/4.
The arpeggios are close, but need a little tweaking to be 100%.
Overall, this is a very close tab, but with a few corrections, it will be much easier to follow along.

Good tab, but the verses should be be written as groups of a measure in 4/4 and a measure in 2/4. It prevents you from having an odd measure of 5/4
