After watching a guy on youtube i found a really simple way to play this
song, considering every other version of this song that I have tried to play
are finger crippling! Granted his version wasnt meant for the Michael Buble
version but i have tried my best. So yeah here we go;

The D would sound better as a Bm/A gives a nicer bass progression. Technically Bm/A is still a D but is just inverted with the fifth as bottom note instead of the root.
