Very good tab, and you nailed most of it! The only chord that I play differently is that B on the chorus. I think it's actually a B7b9. After a few listens, I think that the orchestra plays the B7 (a secondary dominant in the key of G) while Susanne sings the "baaaack" part in the chorus on a C. A normal B also sounds ok of course, but it dilutes a bit that characteristic peak of tension in this song that begs to be resolved to Em. And, depending on the inversion of B that is used, it may produce an unpleasant 2nd interval between the D (played in the chord) and the C (sung by the vocals).
