Based on the album version with help from the video by FuMay.
I couldn't find a tab and the only chords I found were in Japanese.
 
The outro is basically the chorus but inverted and without pulloffs.
(Plus a little ending sequence)
 
Use the thumb and the first three fingers to pluck.
 
In the refrain, when there are three notes, try to play them in so
that it soulds like they are 'strummed' i.e. not all at once.
