One of the best drinking songs I know!! I do not know how to describe the official strumming pattern, but the version I know is pick open 5 pluck 1,2,3 twice quickly together; pick open 4 pluck 1,2,3 twice quickly together. Keep this to a rhythm of 1,2,3 - 1,2,3 and you have the song. Hope that someone is able to translate this into the correct version.
