SteveDoman: Yes, the chords are sweet and correct. I would guess that (1) most people don't know how to play these chords without a cheat chart, (2) have the ability to play the progressions smoothly, and (3) know how to do a gentle jazz style with a guitar (either electric or acoustic). There is a clearer rendering of this Title with the same chords filed under Nat King Cole. That version provides a sense of where the changes fit for those who are trying to learn the pattern of the song. This version above presumes the player already knows it well. Just saying...
