well, if we're going to get technical then I have to point out that the key of the song is actually Cm. it's the same set of notes as the key of Eb; the only difference is that the central note of the scale is C instead of Eb. I'm not sure if that changes anything, but thanks for the input!
Good chords, but instead of G# it should be Ab. Although the same notes, the song is in the key of Eb, so it's an Ab chord.
