Excellent tab! I'm such a fan of this song and it sounds even better acoustic I think. Not a correction but an addition, its fun to fingerpick the second part of the bridge, starting after '...on sinking ground'. I personally pick a pattern like this: e:x----------

for each chord and kinda play around with the E chord like this:
