Jade Puget never used Dropped-D tuning, and doesn't he use Barre Chords instead of Power Chords?

I have tried playing these tabs along with the actual song and i figured that the intro is wrong, because the intro should be played one string higher apart from the chords, and i found playing it easier with dropped-d tuning, but these are just my comments, try it yourself ;)

try playing it like this... o the D string its 7--10--9--12--10--14 with the open A below it. thats how the jade man plays it. he actually used a drop tuning on songs like paper airplanes, summer shudder, and endlessly she said, those are all C#G#C#F#A#D#
