Before you play this song... realize that this is the version of song from the ending of
Me's movie "were never going home". This version was released way before the studio
Tom played it by himself at numerous shows. When the studio version came out it was
different.

i can feel like im not alone
D
somewhere off in the distance
        Gmaj7
rapidly advancing
is an onslought of sorts
D
young sirens wail
an a scoot sense of glory
Gmaj7
and the lions in the cages roar in memory of flight
             D
and theirs a joy
a joy in all i can see
  Gmaj7 D
a joy in every possibility

D-Gmaj7

    D
and all round this is a great great feeling
Gmaj7
american rockets red glare in the most discusting triumph
D
passing i am asked "do you believe in a god"
Gmaj7
i shrug off the answer
continue to get high
        D
in this terror of no explanation
i am looking for a faith
Gmaj7 D
my panic is a only reason there is a joy
a joy in all i can see
  Gmaj7 D
a joy in every possibility

just a tip, it sounds better if you mute the a string when you play the weird d a/g bass chord. so 3x0032

its pretty much right except that you play an A chord at the line "Young sirens wail with a skewed sense of glory." and the corresponding line from the second verse, i think. i posted my version up here under the name "A Joy In All I Can See" if you wanna see it.

There are obviously more than two chords, and these are not in the right key. Perhaps the tuning is different, but he does not make mention of this.
