Alan Jackson - Remember When

[Intro]
G Em C D

           G Em C D
Remember when, I was young and so were you,
                  G Em C D
And time stood still, An' love was all we knew.
              G Em C D
You were the first, So was I; We made love and then you cried:
           G Em C D
Remember when.

           G Em C D
Remember when, We vowed the vows and walked the walk.
            G Em C D
We gave our hearts, made the start, an' it was hard.
             G Em C D
We lived and learned, Life threw curves, There was joy an' there was hurt:
           G Em C D
Remember when.

           G Em C D
Remember when. Old ones died and new were born.
                   G Em C D
And life was changed, Disassembled, rearranged.
           G Em C D
We came together, Fell apart, And broke each other's hearts:
           G C G Am Am/B
Remember when.

[Instrumental]
C Am F G
C Am F G
C Am F G
C Esus4 E

          A F#m D E
Remember when, The sound of little feet...
          A F#m D E
Was the music, We danced to, Week to week.
                  A F#m D E
Brought back the love, We found trust, Vowed we'd never give it up:
          A F#m D E
Remember when.

          A F#m D E
Remember when, Thirty seemed so old.
             A F#m D E
Now, lookin' back, It's just a steppin' stone.
            A F#m D E
To where we are, Where we've been; Said we'd do it all again:
          A F#m D E
Remember when.

          A F#m D E
Remember when, We said when we turned gray,
          A F#m D E
When the children, Grow up and move away
          A F#m D E
We won't be sad, We'll be glad, For all the life we've had:
                 A F#m D E
And we'll remember when.
          A
Remember when.

Mr. 737NG, I have about 17,000 hours in the 73 with an equal number of takeoffs and landings! Are you one of those asshole Captains that no one wants to fly with? Give Brad credit to take the time to put this music on the web. He didn't have to do it but he did! It sounds pretty good and the words are very singable to his score. If you want better, then do it!! Parking checklist, please!

Accuracy? Still sounds good - and perfect for a novice like me that only knows 4 chords!

Lack of accuracy. Wrong chords after the 2nd verse there is a key Change midway thru. Chords do not go along with the recording.
