Here is Allen Stone's "Celebrate Tonight".  This probably isn't 100% but by ear it 
seems to be pretty close. 
Again I used a reverse chord finder app to get the chords. There may be short-hand 
names for these chords that 
people who read music would use. I've included the chords only. Listening should

Why are these tabs just reposted copies of originals but with just a different instrument name?

Because they are the same chords, just for different instruments. If you scroll over a note, it shows how to play the song on an instrument with four strings (the ukulele) and not one with six (like the other tabs for the guitar)...
