might be an emaj7 in the chorus?

In the chorus I find it helps to play B - Emaj7 as x24442 - xx2444, just sliding the ring finger to the right

I think Verse 2 is a little different than written here. It stays on F# after the chorus ends and doesn't return to the normal pattern until halfway through the verse. To my ears, it's this: A closet full of lace Acquired recently Who am I to debase In this economy? Is she a perfect 10? (and then continues as written)
