Hey, I'm trying to figure out the chords myself but I haven't gotten them all. I thought I'd help out here. First big thing, you're missing the intro section which to me sounds something like : BbM7 Gm Cm7 F7 (or F9). Also, all the lines that you've started with "B" should be Bb. To me, the second line sounds like: Bb Gm EbM7 G#13. I think the D7 on the 3rd line should be Dm7 instead followed with Bb7, C7 and then Db7 to F7 on the 4th line.

The second verse should be the same as the first one, minus the 1-6-3-5 at the end.
Hope this helps :)

('m still figuring out the bridge)

Toby the 3rd chord in the intro sounds more like an Eb followed by a G minor and an F major to me:? I cant figure out the 2nd chord tho but its base note sounds like C-ish
