The chorus should start with that same note shown in this tab (A) only it is down an octave on the 5th fret of the E string in the original recording. The chorus should be as follows: (Note that the alternate chorus line in this tab is correct with the 5h7 5h7 [Hammer-on or not])
E--5555--------------------------||
A------7777------------------7-5-||
D-----------5h7-5h7--9-7-5-4*----||
G--------------------------------||

*Your level of preference or comfort when playing this note can either be played once, as shown, or twice as I believe it is faintly played in the original recording.

The next part of the chorus should be as follows: (Note, the tab was right in that it ends with 5h7, but it is played far more times than twice.)
E---------------------------------|
A-5-5-5---------------------------|
D--------7------------------------|
G---------7-5h7-5h7-5h7--5h7-5h7*-|

*These hammer-ons are each very fast, where the note of the 5th fret is barely heard besides on the initial strum of the note. Almost instantaneously hammer-on to the note on the 7th fret.
