What is referred to as Dm9 here is actually Cm9. The root note on the A string is C, not D. For Dm9, move it up to the 5th fret. The tabs are right, but the chord name is wrong on that one chord. Otherwise, superb tab! Love this one.

also, the Dm7 in the verse should be Cm7 as well.
