This would be MUCH easier if you just put a capo on 1 and played in D. Quick transposition:
Eb = D
Cm = Bm
Bb = A
Fm = Em
Ab = G
C = B
That said, this is pretty accurate, just really hard to play without either capoing at 1 and playing in D or tuning down half a step and playing in E.

It is Actually played with a capo on the 3rd fret and using a C position.

This indeed being one of the great tabs, it'd just be a banger in my craw not to point out that the bridge should have C, not Cm.
