works with capo on the 2nd Am, C, G hammer on the D string on the Am chord.... then again hammer on D string going into the C chord then hammer again on the A string while in the G chord the its been awhile since I've played it but pretty sure capo is on the 2nf ..I got the chords from watching Ane on a YouTube, I'm not criticising,I just think it sounds a little better playing Am, C, G and listen to her play for the hammers she hammers on every chord once you get the rythm down it's pretty easy and maybe helps give you another way to play that's a little easier than all the transitions. Hope this helps a little. Keep jammin!!
