Aoife starts playing Porch Light around 2:57 in this video with Reverb:

Some notes first:
In the video, she's got a capo on the 6th fret, which puts this song in C#/Db, but played it's like it's in G.
Note that all of this is fingerpicked so you might have to get a feel for the fills she uses.
She plays two weird types of F suspended here, one in the verse and one in the chorus.
The video finally shows the verse type of Fsus2 at 5:58 in the video.
It's something like, from low pitched to high pitched strings: 1x301x.
She plays the low F with her thumb and keeps it there for most of the song,
and she just hammers over it or doesn't pick that string on the other chords.
The other is the F6sus2 in the chorus, which is more like 1x003x.
In the chorus, she plays this and hammers on the G note 3rd on low E to make the G5.
Bm/D is just the D chord but the G string is now fretted on 4.
C/F is just C, but she frets the low F with her thumb. Sometimes, she frets it, but doesn't play it though.
When transitioning from Am7 to C or C to Am7, she plays a quick B note 2nd on A before the second chord.
She does the same thing, but with the E note open low E when going from G to G/F.
Dsus2 is just a D with the G string open instead of fretted at the 2nd fret.
Anytime you play the plain G, make sure it's 32003x. Still a G chord, but highlights that high D note more.
