This is my first tab, but this is how I play Ocean of Noise, 
and it doesn't require a capo. I don't know how to add the option
to show the chords when you hover over each one, so hopefully they
do that for me. Not any complicated ones in this song anyways.

the last strum or two of the A chord. Sort of right after you finish
with the word "...voice". Its probably some sort of chord, but I have
no idea what it is.

Idk about you all, but it takes a capo on the first fret for me.

Also, that A chord with a third fret on the E string would be called an A/G, meaning the root note (lowest note) of the chord is a G. In this case its a different voicing of an A7.

Other than that, awesome job!
