My version of how the chord chart of this song should go. It feels 6/8 to me, with other information recorded to follow the pattern of the piece as completely as possible. Focus on the accents of the 6/8 feel of the song, keeping in mind the low level dynamics at the beginning. Add in the strum as you feel the song requires it, according to the dynamic level of that section. Keep in mind that 200 bpm in 6/8 is actually more like 100 bpm in 4/4 because you will be playing 200 1/8 notes a minute instead of 100 1/4 notes.
