I had a gig at Cypress Garden in 1981 and we played this song. Turned out to be a retirement party for an old insurance exec. Funny as hell to watch the old folks bouncing to this. They loved it. Damn I'm old! (nice job)

This has the right chords but there is a hammer on the Bb,C and F. Like for the C strum 8 on E and A, hammer onto 10 on the A, then do the blues pinky to 12. Listen to the beat of the song. IT's not two Bb5's. Also, on the riff you have marked as intro lead, they strum 5 times, not 4. It's close, but some problems with the timing.
