I've already said this a lot but I own Straight Up on vinyl and I was wearing it out constantly. Just brilliant. I love all of their first three albums and technically their debut as The Iveys. A real tragedy what happened with the group, it's quite saddening.

Hey Oliver,
You're right, they were so talented, but in the end had such a tragic time.
I had the single for 'Day after day', and 'Sweet Tuesday morning' was the 'B'- side and I wore it out too.

That's lovely, I have a few apple singles myself just a couple actually one of them is Day After day and No Matter What but I also have a Ringo Starr single "It Don't Come Easy", my collection isn't much about a few inches thick but I love my vinyls, and I only have a small black box of 45's now too but I still enjoy them. I think their first two albums are greatly underrated especially their debut as The Iveys, it's pop but it's done perfectly.

This stuff is just magical that's probably why it's just something you want to hear over and over again, okay and I have a thing too where some things actually don't turn me on as much unless I keep playing them even took me a while to understand "In The Court of The Crimson King", I tell you it was never as amazing as when I first got albums like I actually understood them and loved them like Straight Up, my copy is beatup but the vinyl is in great condition so I just treasure it :)

I kind of feel bad when I think of how badly they were robbed, they worked so hard and lost all the money they deserved :((
