This looks right, though it makes sense to capo 3 -- that way you essentially start with Am, move to G, and then make variations on the bass note of G.

For the chorus, from the initial Cm go straight to the Gm then Dm to F and walk the bass back up. End of chorus skips the Dm and holds the F then walks it back up. Can easily be played with or without capo on the 3rd.
