The end of each verse and chorus should have a G/B after the Am to lead into the next section. Also, the last two chords of the first three choruses are wrong (including the instrumental chorus). The G and Am should be switched and then followed by a G/B For example, the choruses should look like: C G/B Am G C G/B Am G C G/B Am G C G/B G Am G/B The last chorus is correct though! It's just missing the final C chord to end it.
