[Intro]
D A F#m E
D A E A
[Verse]
D A
I feel just like a sailboat
F#m E
I don't know where I'm headed
D A
But you can't make the wind blow
E A
From a sailboat
D A
I have seen the sun
F#m E
Felt the rain on my skin
D A
I've been lost and found
E A
But mostly I've been waiting
[Chorus]
D
Oh I'm out in the waves
A
I'm hoping and praying
F#m E
Please let this wind blow me home
D A
Night after night there's and empty horizon
F#m E
And my God do I feel so alone
D D E
Somtimes life, most times I, feel just like a sailboat
D A F#m E
[Verse]
D A
I'm pretty sure I'm heard
F#m E
At least I know I'm speaking
D A
But I feel like a fool
E A
Cause I can't hear you listening
D A
But I'm not giving up
F#m E
I'm gonna move on forward
D A
I'm gonna raise my sail
E A
God knows what I'm headed towards
[Chorus]
D
Oh I'm out in the waves
A
I'm hoping and praying
F#m E
Please let this wind blow me home
D A
Night after night there's and empty horizon
F#m E
And my God do I feel so alone
D D E
Somtimes life, most times I, feel just like a sailboat
D A F#m E
[Bridge]
D A
The only change I see
E A
Lost or found at sea
D A E A
The only difference is believing I'll make it end
[Chorus]
D
Oh I'm out in the waves
A
I'm hoping and praying
F#m E
Please let this wind blow me home
D A
Night after night there's and empty horizon
F#m E
And my God do I feel so alone
D
Oh I'm out in the waves
A
I'm hoping and praying
F#m E
Please let this wind blow me home

Night after night there's and empty horizon

And my God do I feel so alone

It is perfectly fine. If you really want to play it the way Ben does transpose it down 2 steps and put it on capo 3.

I think it was fine, I mean I fixed some things here and there, but a great guidline.. If you don't like the chords, fix them to your liking, don't just post hater comments everywhere, jeez.

Nice tab! Alternate way of playing is capo 3 and play it in G. Might even be easier that way.
Intro: C - G - em - D, C - G - D - G
