@TheGuitarGOD! How stupid can you be to call someone that put this together LAZY, when it's your own fault you can't read it. You're asking for it "chorded out" when that's exactly what he did - you mean "tabbed out". This site already shows you where to put your fingers for these SIMPLE chords that a beginner should know, and the strumming pattern isn't necessary because it's originally a piano song. You just play the chords.
To the uploader: Thank you for the tab, I picked it up and played it in minutes. Other tabs either had wrong capo and/or some wrong chords - this one's perfect.

great job on this. i like Cadd9 instead of the C major on the bridge. Gives it a bit more of that 'dramatic' feel. otherwise fantastic! 5 stars from me.

I hate to be picky but I am not sure you have the chords over the lines "when a heart breaks" correct. It sounds like F#m E first and then A D towards the end of the line.
